This joint manual standardises SPC practices, reporting templates, and technical terminology while aligning with ISO and other relevant international standards. It incorporates current SPC methodologies and practical guidance for process qualification and control, including flexible statistical methods, machine capability and performance studies, and control chart selection – helping organisations improve process capability, strengthen stability, and meet evolving customer expectations.
