Aerospace 8D Problem Solving Methods (Based on AESQ RM13000 and RM13010)

Who should attend?

The course is primarily aimed at those who will lead supplier 8D problem solving activities.
The AESQ RM13000 standard states that "The correct training of 8D practitioners is key to the successful outcome of the process. Each supplier shall employ or have access to a problem solving practitioner who has been trained by a training provider meeting the requirement of the training syllabus".

Certification

This course concludes with a 45-minute exam. It is open book and consists of 20 multiple choice questions. Upon completion of the course, you will receive an SMMT Quality Management AS13100_RM13000 8D Problem Solving Practitioner Certificate.

Accreditation as an 8D Problem Solving Practitioner is through course attendance, an exam and subsequent submission of an example of the practical application lead by you which demonstrates the problem-solving approach, tools, and techniques gained from this course. The submission is reviewed by one of our Industry experts with accreditation being issued on demonstration of the application of the necessary skills and techniques.
