This training provides you with the basics for performing process audits according to VDA 6.3.
This training will provide you with a compact overview of the contents, objectives and application of VDA Volume 6.3. It is an introduction to quality management and VDA 6.3, discussing the structure of VDA Volume 6.3, areas of application and introductory insights into audit implementation. This course is ideally if you are just starting your VDA 6.3 journey.
In order to ensure a high quality of the audit activities in companies and the entire supply chain, auditors need to have the appropriate competence in relation to the respective methods.
Every organisation in the automotive supply chain must ensure the safety and conformity of its products. This 2-day VDA QMC-certified qualification prepares delegates for the Product Safety and Conformity Representative (PSCR) role, covering product integrity, legal compliance, OTA software updates and supply chain responsibilities. A VDA QMC certificate of qualification is awarded on passing the knowledge test.
In this one-day training, you will learn how to create efficient audit programs, develop targeted audit plans, conduct product audits, and evaluate product quality with an appropriate defect classification. The documented results of an audit form the basis for the continuous improvement of product quality.
In this two-day training, you will learn how to implement measures for a successful TISAX assessment in your own company using some central VDA ISA requirements as examples. You will also receive an overview of the structure and content of the requirements catalogue.
VDA 19.1 training (often titled "Skilled Assistant for Technical Cleanliness") covers the inspection, extraction, and analysis of particulate contamination on functional automotive components according to VDA Volume 19.1 and ISO 16232 standards.
